TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All participants are required to complete their registration by using a valid email address. This email shall be used for further correspondence.
Each email address is only valid for ONE registered account only.
All matters with regards to the uploading of paper, status of acceptance and payment will be handled through this system.
Please check your email (inbox/spam) periodically since information update will be relayed through the email, besides the conference website.
To enjoy the early bird rate, registration payment must be received on or before January 15th, 2017.
Abstract will only be considered for acceptance once payment is confirmed.
Registration as Brazilian Chemical Society Member Category needs to be attested uploading the payment receipt of the current year to the inscription during the registration.
Registration as Student Category needs to be attested uploading the proof of the current year to the inscription during the registration.
The Scientific Program of 14th RIO SYMPOSIUM will be realized in two separate auditoriums, and in one of them will be by simultaneous transmission. The entrance into the auditoriums will occur according to the order of arrival.
Payment Information:
Payment must be made in Real (R$) for Brazil Residents only using MOIP, and US dollar (USD) for international participants, using PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation made prior to February 3rd, 2017 will be subject to a administration fee (30% payed value). After that date cancellation will not be possible. After this date, there will be no refund of amounts relating to event registration.
If the meeting is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.
